VENDA 365's built-in product traceability allows you to track items used by identified analysis fields such as cell, cost centre, job, machine and department. Every transaction is recorded and details who withdrew the product, when the product was withdrawn, the quantity of the product withdrawn and where it was used.
Stored Key
This unique feature caters for bulky items that cannot fit into the vending machine, e.g. oil drums. The withdrawal procedure is exactly the same as with vend-stocked items but instead of an item being dispensed, a key is dispensed which can then be used to unlock the items from their stored location.
